Registration for QSA Biddy Basketball officially opens today, September 1st.

 

Give your young athlete the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of basketball, develop their skills, build confidence, and most importantly, have fun!! Registration is open to boys and girls ages 4-14!  Registration fee is $75 per child.

Registration closes October 31st at midnight

QSA Vermilion Biddy Basketball 2026 - Fall I 2026

Vermilion Biddy Basketball is a youth basketball organization open to all boys and girls age 4-14.  Kids will have an opportunity to learn fundamentals, teamwork, develop physical attributes, social skills, and learn the game of basketball.  

Practices times will be starting at 6pm after school during the week with two time slots.  6pm to 7pm and 7pm to 8pm.  Practices can be done at Henry gym, Leblanc, and 7th ward gyms.  Games will be played on Friday nights at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm, on Saturdays start time can vary but earliest game will be at 9am with latest games starting at 6pm, and Sundays starting at 9am and last game start at 5pm.  All of this depends on the number of teams in the league!

QSA NFL Flag Football 2026 - Fall 2026

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the Fall 2026 NFL FLAG Football season with Quality Sports Authority/Abbeville Parks and Recreation.  NFL FLAG is the official youth flag football program of the NFL, offering boys and girls in grades Pre-K to 8th grade, a fun, non-contact way to learn the game of football while developing teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence.  

Registration opens July 3rd, with a final deadline to register by August 31st by noon!!!!  Practices begin approximately the first week in September and games are set to begin approximately September 21st and concluding around November 3rd.  Games will be played at Comeaux Park Football Field.  Boys and girls may register and divisions will be broken down as follows: Pre-K/K, 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, and 5th-8th which can be broken down depending on the amount of registrants between the 5th to 8th grade.  Divisions will be Co-ed, unless we have enough girls to make all girls teams.  

Program information: All players receive an official NFL FLAG jersey and flag belt.  1-2 practices per week and weekly games on Monday and Tuesday.  Co-ed and/or girls only divisions. No experience necessary, and all skill levels are welcomed.  

We hope to see you on the field to participate in our NFL Flag League!!
